Provance dining tables are made from solid pine. The table tops have been left unpainted and are treated with a clear lacquer while the main framework has been painted a soft white colourwash. At either end of the table are narrow drawers which can be used to hold narrow items such as cookery knives. The legs have stretchers across the narrow ends to aid the stability of this heavy table.
