The Montreal Oak 4'6" double bedframe is a traditional piece of bedroom furniture made from solid oak. It has been well constructed with the headboard forming part of the overall design, and not a seperate piece to add after the main part of the frame has been assembled. This makes for a much sturdier and stable frame which will not bend and twist.
Could you tell me how the bed frame is delivered - I am concerned if the base is whole, I will not get it up my stairs. (Angela)All of our bedframes are delivered flatpacked for this very reason. They are very quick and very simple to put together.

Being pretty useless at DIY I'm a little worried about putting pieces of furniture together. (Anon)Don't worry. Most of the Montreal range comes ready assembled. The only furniture where you have to do the absolute minimum of DIY of the wardrobes and tables as supplying these fully assmebled would make the logistics of getting them into some homes very difficult.
